WHAT: Positional Training: Midfield, Attack, Defense/LSM & Goalies
WHEN: Sundays: 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16 & 2/23
TIME: 10 – 11 AM
WHO: Youth and Middle School Players (Grad Years 2029-2034)
Location: Brookwood High School (Brookwood Community Stadium – Holly Brook Rd SW, Snellville, GA 30078)
Price: $25 Per Session or $110 for all 5 Sessions
**Participants need an active US Lacrosse Membership. Please go to USA LACROSSE.ORG.
You’ll need your membership number and expiration date to register.

Players receive an hour of fast-paced high-quality reps that will elevate their lacrosse IQ and skill set.
This is the perfect training environment if you are looking to fine-tune your game for the 2025 Spring Season!

During our training, players will experience the following:
- Speed/Agility/Footwork Training
- Position-Specific Skill Development
- Live Drills and Instructional Coaching
