Spring Directors Training Sessions
January & February 2026
Location: Dunwoody High School – Wildcat Stadium
Time: 3:00-4:00 PM
Who: 2028-2036 (Players are divided by Age)
Design: Each session is an hour of High Rep Position Specific Training meant to help Attack, Midfield, Defense & Goalies sharpen lacrosse concepts and to develop next level skills.
Price: $25 Per Session
Equipment: Helmet & Gloves Only
Players receive an hour of fast-paced high-quality reps that will elevate their lacrosse IQ and skill set.
This is the perfect training environment if you are looking to fine-tune your game and grow with the sport!
Position Specific Training: Offense, Defense and Goalies
Who We Are: We take pride in helping athletes become better lacrosse players. Our Team 91 Georgia Sunday Trainings will provide the optimal balance of instruction, reps, and peer competition.
During our training, players will experience the following:
- High Energy Stick Work, Footwork and Communication
- Position-Specific Development
- Live Drills and Personalized Coaching
- Focus on improving Lacrosse IQ & Live Decision Making
